td888 Terms & Conditions — The Rules That Govern Your Account and Use of the Platform

§ 01 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between td888 ("we", "us", "the Operator", "td888") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who accesses, registers on, or uses the td888 platform available at td888.bid and any associated mobile or web applications.

By accessing the td888 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the td888 platform and close your account.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered by td888, including but not limited to: sports betting (cricket, PSL, international matches, kabaddi, UFC), live casino games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, teen patti, dragon tiger, sic bo, game shows), slot games, arcade games (including Piggy Gold and All-Star Fishing), and any future products added to the td888 platform.

§ 02 Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms and Conditions:

§ 03 Eligibility & Age Restriction

By registering an account and/or using the td888 Platform, you confirm and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you;
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order at td888 or any other gaming platform;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party;
• All information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete to the best of your knowledge.

td888 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Age verification documents required include, but are not limited to: a valid Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC/SNIC), a valid Pakistani passport, or a valid driver's licence. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification will result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is completed satisfactorily.

Any td888 Account confirmed to belong to an individual under 21 years of age will be permanently closed. All deposits, bonuses, and winnings in such an account will be forfeited. This policy is non-negotiable and applies without exception.

§ 04 Account Registration

To access td888's games and betting services, you must register a Player Account. Registration requires you to provide a valid username, a password of your choosing, a valid email address, and your registered Pakistani mobile number. You may be required to provide additional personal information during the KYC verification process prior to withdrawal.

One Account Per Person: Each individual is strictly limited to one Player Account at td888. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, different mobile numbers, or different identities — is expressly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Where td888 identifies that a Player holds, or has held, more than one Account, td888 reserves the right to:

• Close all duplicate Accounts immediately and without notice;
• Forfeit all balances across all linked Accounts;
• Cancel all pending withdrawals;
• Apply a permanent platform ban to all identified email addresses, mobile numbers, and device fingerprints associated with those Accounts.

You are responsible for providing and maintaining accurate registration information. td888 must be notified promptly of any changes to your registered email address or mobile number. Failure to maintain accurate contact information may result in inability to receive important account communications, including security alerts and withdrawal confirmations.

§ 05 Account Security & Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your td888 Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

td888 strongly recommends that all Players:

• Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) via their registered Pakistani mobile number through the Account Security settings;
• Use a strong, unique password not used for any other online service;
• Sign out from their td888 Account when using shared or public devices;
• Never respond to unsolicited communications requesting your td888 login credentials — td888 staff will never ask for your password.

Any activity conducted through a Player Account, whether or not authorised by the Account holder, is the responsibility of the Account holder. td888 accepts no liability for losses resulting from the unauthorised use of a Player Account where the Account holder failed to maintain adequate security of their credentials.

If you suspect your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact td888 support immediately via live chat so that your Account can be suspended pending investigation and credential reset.

§ 06 Deposits

td888 accepts deposits through the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Allied Bank transfer, SadaPay, USDT TRC20, and debit card. Supported payment methods may be updated periodically; the current list is displayed in the Cashier section of your td888 Account.

All deposits must be made from payment accounts or wallets that are registered in your own name and correspond to the identity information held in your td888 Account. Deposits from third-party accounts (accounts registered to another individual) are not permitted and may result in Account suspension and fund forfeiture.

Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the Cashier section. Most payment methods accept deposits from PKR 100. There are no fees charged by td888 on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are your responsibility.

td888 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it has reasonable grounds to believe is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other prohibited purpose. Any such refusal will be communicated to the Player by email, and any reversed funds will be returned to the originating payment method.

§ 07 Withdrawals & KYC Verification

Players may request withdrawals of their Account balance at any time, subject to the completion of KYC verification, the satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements, and the minimum withdrawal thresholds applicable to each payment method.

KYC Requirements: Before td888 processes a Player's first withdrawal request, the Player must complete KYC verification by submitting:

• A clear copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document (Pakistani CNIC, SNIC, passport, or driver's licence);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used to make deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your JazzCash or EasyPaisa account registered in your name, or a bank statement for bank transfers);
• Any additional documentation that td888's compliance team may require to satisfy anti-money laundering obligations under the terms of td888's international gaming licence.

Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals process instantly for verified Accounts. Bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan, Allied) clear within 4 hours during business hours. USDT TRC20 withdrawals complete within 30–60 minutes. These are indicative timeframes and may be extended during periods of high transaction volumes or where additional verification is required.

td888 reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending further identity verification or investigation, including where the Operator has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. The Player will be notified of any such delay and the reason, to the extent permissible by law.

§ 08 Bonuses & Promotions

td888 may from time to time offer bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, cashback, and other incentive programmes to eligible Players. Each promotion is subject to specific Terms and Conditions that will be communicated at the time of the offer. These promotion-specific Terms take precedence over these general Terms in respect of the relevant promotion only.

General bonus rules applicable to all td888 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to stated wagering requirements before withdrawal;
• Bonus Funds are distinct from real-money balances and are used first where a game is funded from a mixed balance;
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements — specific game contributions are listed in the relevant promotion Terms;
• td888 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time, provided that wagering requirements already in progress are honoured for Players who accepted the promotion in good faith prior to the modification;
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address;
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players — td888 reserves the right to limit or remove bonus eligibility for Player Accounts where betting patterns suggest abuse of promotional offers.

§ 09 Games & Betting Rules

td888 offers a range of gaming products including live dealer casino games, RNG (Random Number Generator) table games, slot games, sports betting, and arcade-style games. Each game category is subject to specific game rules displayed within the game interface or betting lobby.

General principles applicable to all games and bets on td888:

• All bets are placed at the Player's own risk and discretion. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended unless permitted by the specific game or betting rules;
• In the event of a discrepancy between what is displayed on the Player's device and what is recorded on td888's servers, the server record shall be definitive;

§ 10 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the td888 Platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms. Players found to have engaged in any prohibited activity will face immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

• Money Laundering: Using the td888 Platform to launder proceeds of criminal activity, to structure deposits to avoid reporting thresholds, or for any other purpose that violates anti-money laundering laws;
• Fraud: Providing false information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with td888; using stolen or unauthorised payment methods; misrepresenting your identity or age;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in live casino games or poker formats available through the Platform;
• Automated Betting: Using bots, macros, automated scripts, or any other software to automate wagering decisions or actions on the td888 Platform without express written permission from td888;
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting software errors, display errors, pricing errors, or any other Platform malfunctions to generate winnings that would not have been available under correctly functioning conditions;
• Third-Party Account Use: Using another individual's td888 Account to place wagers or conduct financial transactions, or allowing a third party to use your Account;
• Chargebacks: Initiating unjustified payment disputes or chargebacks in respect of legitimate deposits made to your td888 Account.

§ 11 Intellectual Property

All content on the td888 Platform — including but not limited to: the td888 name, logo, domain names, website design, game interfaces, promotional materials, graphics, text, and software — is the intellectual property of td888 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the td888 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to any commercial use, reproduction, distribution, public display, or creation of derivative works based on td888's intellectual property.

Players must not copy, reproduce, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any td888 software, game content, or Platform elements in any form without express prior written consent from td888.

§ 12 Responsible Gaming

td888 is firmly committed to responsible gaming and player protection. We recognise that gambling can be harmful when not approached within sustainable, entertainment-focused limits, and we provide tools to help Players maintain control over their gaming activity.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Players within the td888 Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits. Once set, limits can only be decreased immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period;
• Session Time Alerts: Automatic notifications at 60, 90, and 120 minutes of continuous Platform use;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Account access suspension for 24 hours, 7 days, or up to 6 weeks — effective immediately upon request;

§ 13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, td888's liability to any Player shall be limited to the amount of funds held in that Player's Account at the time the relevant loss or claim arose. td888 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, regardless of the cause of action.

td888 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, network disruptions, force majeure events, or technical issues outside td888's control may result in temporary Platform unavailability. td888 shall not be liable for losses arising from Platform unavailability caused by events outside its reasonable control.

Where a game malfunction or display error results in a manifest error payout (i.e., winnings clearly inconsistent with the correct game outcome), td888 reserves the right to void affected bets and recover any erroneously paid winnings from the affected Player's Account balance.

The td888 Platform and its games are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, beyond those required by applicable law. td888 specifically disclaims any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement to the fullest extent permitted by law.

§ 14 Privacy & Data Protection

td888's collection, storage, use, and protection of Player personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept td888's Privacy Policy.

In summary, td888 collects personal data necessary to operate Player Accounts, verify identity, process financial transactions, and comply with our regulatory obligations under our international gaming licence. td888 does not sell Player personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes. § 15 Amendments & Termination

Amendments: td888 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to Players via email to the registered account address with at least 7 days' notice before the effective date, except where immediate amendment is required to comply with applicable law or regulatory requirements. Continuing to use td888 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Player Termination: You may close your td888 Account at any time by contacting our 24/7 live chat support. Upon Account closure request, td888 will process any outstanding balance subject to KYC completion, provided there are no outstanding bonus wagering obligations, open bets, or compliance holds on the Account.

td888 Termination: td888 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any Player Account at any time without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe these Terms have been breached, where continued operation of the Account poses a legal or regulatory risk, or where required by our licensing obligations. In such cases, td888 will endeavour to return any verified real-money balance to the Player's originating payment method following the resolution of any compliance investigation.

§ 16 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which td888's international gaming licence is issued. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including disputes regarding Account closures, fund forfeiture, or bonus decisions — shall be subject to the dispute resolution procedures specified under td888's gaming licence conditions.

Dispute Procedure: In the first instance, Players with disputes or complaints must contact td888's 24/7 customer support team via live chat or by email to the address on the Contact page. td888 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 24 hours and providing a substantive response within 10 business days. If a complaint is not resolved satisfactorily through td888's internal process, it may be escalated to the independent dispute resolution body designated under td888's gaming licence, whose decision shall be final and binding.

Nothing in these Terms limits or restricts any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your jurisdiction that cannot be excluded by contract.
